The Meeting Minutes for our 2/10/24 BTST Meeting!

We recapped on what the departments did since the last meeting and what they should get done by the next. Went over on choosing the directors for the 2024--2025 year and ended the meeting with discussing the basics of the 2024 Math Camp/internship.

Finance

• Brainstorm ideas for where we should allocate the money

• School supplies, hoodies, wifi/cellular data, computers, etc

• Be ready to share budget next meeting

Communications

All of you will take turns leading meetings and writing meeting notes as an evaluation. We will announce directors after all candidates have presented at least 1 meeting.
