2/17/24 -- Meeting Minutes

Recapped on what the departments did for the week and what they should do next. Not much activity this week considering we just came off of a event and we are just slowly preparing ourselves for the next event and the Math Camp that is to take place in June!

Finance

Where the budget is going to go to:

Wifi → for the classrooms and Guatemala

Hoodies

→ For who - maybe t-shirts or hoodies for the volunteers to wear(?) - team spirit!

→ Maybe shirts for the kids in Mexico rather than hoodies because of the high temperatures 

School supplies

Sources of entertainment

          → elaborate on what “entertainment is” (I think he means things like the UNO cards)

• Uploading video today!!

Admin

• Continue attendance and update the blog regularly (adding the meeting minutes to the blogs)

• !!! if any of the departments need extra hands the admin will help !!!!

Human Resources

• Add new people to the BTST GC 

• Make sure everyone is interviewed >:)
