2/24/24 -- Meeting Minutes

Went over what we are planning to bring to the math camp for the kids (hoodies or t-shirts) then went over basic meeting procedures and recapped what the departments did and what they had to do for the week. We also introduced 2 new members to BTST today!

New Members:

• Tiffany Lee (HR) 

• Yeeun K. (HR)

Finance:

• Still need to confirm with Pastor Kyle on T-shirts or Hoodies

• T-shirts are very expensive, might need to find an alternative

• Games: choose games that are easy to understand (few words in directions) ex: UNO, connect 4, blokus, othello etc.

Communications:

• good job on the most recent post

• MAKE SURE TO REPOST REELS, POSTS ETC

• Nothing much right now to post but be ready to post a lot after trips

Admin: 

• BE STRICT WITH ATTENDANCE POLICIES (EXPULSION IF NECESSARY) 

• Reach out to members who haven’t been attending

• 
  

HR: 

• Good job keeping up with applications 

• SPREAD AWARENESS
