Finance:

• Ms Grace will ask Pastor Kyle about T-shirts or hoodies

Communications: 

• Start planning posts for the next month or so

• Prepare for posting during the math camp trip

Admin:

(ask about attendance policies there’s been a lot of people not obeying the time limit)

• 12 pm kids in california attendance, same for VA kids and central time kids

• Please start individually messaging newer members about the attendance policies and expectations

HR:

• No new applications

• No interviews

Directors:

• Discussion topic each meeting, try to get everyone involved in the conversation

Math Camp:

• Decision between Mexico and Guatemala will be made within a few weeks

• Squid game theme for activities?

• Keep brainstorming games to bring on trip
