Meeting Notes 3/23/24

We did basic housekeeping for BTST and made some changes to the website and departments. We also did more things for the Mexico Camp such as figuring out how to pay for T-shirts and how many we need to buy. Today was also the last day for the Seniors of BTST we wish them luck in all of their endeavors !!!

Department Updates

Finance

- BTST shirts $2 - $5 each person if in US (last year for 150 people was $900 $6 per person)

- High quality cotton (approx. 150 - 200 but numbers need some detail)

- Google non-profit Ian Ahn is in charge

Human Resources

- New members --> None

- Instagram posts Meet the officers (after leadership is decided)

- TikTok When the directors are chosen we will work on it
