Back to School Together - Meeting #3 (08/13/22)

Members Present: Priscilla Kang, Mrs. Suh, Hannah, Laura, Tiffany, Victoria, Brandon, Juhee, Nathan, Grace, Kevin, Jennifer, Lana, William
Absent: Amanda, David
Department Check-In
Directors: Soomin and missionaries in Guatemala are very into the idea of math tutoring in those areas
Create a basic schedule by next meeting
Communications: Finished the video
Communications should post the video on YouTube, Instagram, etc.
Members should repost the video if possible
Possibly making posts for what we’re doing
Finance: Fundraiser idea is a board game night
People in different locations can do their own fundraising (bake sales, car washes, asking for money)
Admin: Made Google Form for the website profiles
Everyone should fill that out by Tuesday or Wednesday
Human Resources: interviewed two people
The two people interviewed seemed really qualified and could commit to this organization
